Australian wine lovers are in luck – the country is one of the world's top ten wine producers and is also at the forefront of the latest and most innovative wine-making technologies. Most Australian wines are produced in the southeastern valleys of New South Wales and around the Limestone Coast, but wines produced in Western Australia are quickly becoming the new favourites of savvy wine connoisseurs.
