Health Benefits of Drinking Wine

Lowers Cholesterol Levels
A 16-year study by the Harvard School of Public Health showed that moderate wine drinkers who suffer from high blood pressure are 30% less likely to have a heart attack. This can be attributed to the fact that alcohol in the wine helps increase HDL “good” cholesterol in the pretense of a healthy diet and regular activity.
